Details of the Job/Internship
Sri Adhikari Brothers is hiring a Legal Intern to join their office in Mumbai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Assist the legal team with comprehensive research on media and entertainment laws.
- Prepare and draft various legal documents and internal memos.
- Review contracts and agreements related to content production and broadcasting.
- Provide support on day-to-day legal issues and organizational queries.
- Consult with the team on statutory compliance and adherence to industry regulations.
- Collaborate with various departments to address legal challenges associated with content production.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or currently enrolled in a recognized law program.
- Proficiency in legal consulting and general principles of law.
- Skills in legal document preparation and addressing diverse legal issues.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to work effectively within a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
- Plus: Knowledge of legal practices specifically within the media and entertainment industry.
