T-Hub is inviting law students to join their office in Hyderabad.
Role and Responsibilities
- Review and analysis of existing SOPs: Assist in the thorough review of existing to identify gaps,inconsistencies, and areas for improvement,ensuring alignment with operations/activities of the company.
- Drafting and refinement: Support the compliance team in drafting, refining, and restructuring SOPs to enhance legal clarity,accuracy, and compliance with T-Hub's operational standards.
- Documentation management: Assist in maintaining an organized and secure documentation system, ensuring that all SOPsare up-to-date and properly versioned, and easily accessible to authorized stakeholders.
- Process mapping: Contribute to the creation and updating of process maps that visually represent legal workflows, ensuring they accurately reflect revised SOPs and legal requirements.
- Stakeholder collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to validate updated SOPs, gather feedback, and ensure that legal vonsiderations are fully integrated into operational processes.
- Training and implementation: Assist in the preparation and delivery of training sessions to educate employees on updated SOPs,Supporting smooth implementation and compliance across the organization.
- Continuous improvement: ldentify opportunitiesnfor enhancing process and compliance documentation, contributing to the on going.
Eligibility
- Must be currently enrolled in or have recently completed a degree in any discipline from are cognized university.
