Details of the Job/Internship
Team Legal is hiring a Legal Intern to join their office in Noida for Real Estate and Corporate Law.
Role and Responsibilities
- Drafting of Complaints/ Replies/ Written Arguments/ Submissions/ Applications/ Replications.
- Drafting of agreements/affidavits/undertakings/ proceedings of the matter.
- Completing the assignments timely as per instructions.
- Maintaining excellent relations with Seniors and Team.
- Legal research and preparation of brief of the matters before hearings.
- Attending matters independently (District & Other Courts-Delhi-NCR) if instructed (Advocate-after securing Bar Council Certificate).
Eligibility
- Good understanding of English & Hindi Language.
- Good Drafting.
- Coordinated work with Team.
- Responsible, dedicated and fulfilling obligations
