Details of the Job/Internship

Trilect Associates is offering a remote Legal Internship for law students and recent graduates seeking exposure to cross-border legal work and modern legal practice. The internship is for 1 month, with an option to extend based on performance.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and prepare briefs, memos, and reports.
• Assist in drafting contracts, notices, and corporate documents.
• Contribute to legal content creation and knowledge repositories.
• Gain exposure to international client matters and cross-border issues.
• Learn to use legal-tech tools in modern legal practice.

Eligibility

• Law students (3rd year onwards of 5-year course / 2nd year onwards of 3-year course) or recent law graduates.
• Excellent legal research and writing skills.
• Strong sense of responsibility and ability to meet deadlines.
• Punctual, responsive, and open to feedback.
