Upscale Legal is looking to onboard Legal Interns to work closely with their team on live corporate and transactional matters.

Role and Responsibilities

• Support the legal team in managing corporate and regulatory compliance matters.
• Conduct in-depth legal research on diverse commercial and transactional issues.
• Assist in drafting and vetting contracts, agreements, and other legal instruments.
• Work on live assignments involving transactional advisory and corporate structuring.
• Prepare case notes, research memos, and summary reports for senior associates.
• Participate in internal team discussions to align legal strategies with client objectives.

Eligibility

• Students in their 4th or 5th year of a 5-year integrated law course.
• Final-year students of a 3-year law course.
• Proactive mindset with a strong eagerness to learn the nuances of corporate practice.
• High level of attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Ability to work effectively within a professional office environment.
