Details of the Job/Internship

Urja Communications is inviting law students to intern with them at their office located in Mumbai. 

Role and Responsibilities

1. Conduct legal research and analysis on a variety of topics
2.  Assist in drafting legal documents, contracts, and agreements
3.  Attend client meetings and court proceedings to observe and learn
4.  Support legal team in case preparation and management
5.  Collaborate with attorneys to develop case strategies and arguments
6.  Review and summarize legal documents and case files
7.  Gain exposure to different areas of law including corporate, civil, and criminal
8.  Market the company and source new cases
9.  Represent the firm wherever needed
