Utkarsh Classes & Edutech Private Limited is inviting law students to intern with them at their office located in Jodhpur.
Role and Responsibilities
- Researching applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines related to educational institutions, including online and offline compliance requirements.
- Identifying and addressing legal obligations under education, IT, labor, consumer protection, and other relevant laws.
- Assisting in aligning institutional policies with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Ensuring compliance with licensing, accreditation, and certification norms for schools and online education platforms.
- Monitoring adherence to data privacy laws such as GDPR and IT Act for online education platforms.
- Drafting and reviewing contracts, MOUs, and agreements with vendors, educators, and stakeholders.
- Assisting in preparing policies such as child safety, anti-bullying, equal opportunity, and grievance correction.
- Liaising with legal advisors, consultants, and government authorities for timely submissions and approvals.
- Collaborating with administrative teams to ensure smooth implementation of compliance measures.
- Identifying potential legal risks and recommending solutions to mitigate them.
- Providing support during internal and external audits or inspections.
