- Contract Drafting: Proficiency in drafting various types of agreements. (Example Lease Deeds, MOU,Service Level Agreements etc.)
- Due Diligence: Conduct thorough and detailed due diligence.
- Legal Advisory on Business Projects: Provide legal advice and support on various business projects.
- Management Skills:Demonstrate effective management skills.
- Compliance and Regulatory Laws: Knowledge and Experience in the same.
