Details of the Job/Internship

Vantage Law Advisors is inviting law students to intern with them in their Noida office. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Conducting thorough Legal Research.
• Providing assistance in drafting legal agreements and documents.
• Communication and coordination with clients and fellow colleagues.
• Providing overall legal assistance to the team.

Eligibility

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to conduct thorough legal research.
• Interest in and/or experience in start-ups and investments.
• Strong attention to detail and organisation skills.
• Ability to work independently and remotely.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office.
• Understanding of business laws (Companies Act, Contract Laws, etc.).
• Pursuing law (preferably last semester students) or recent law graduates.
