Details of the Job/Internship
Vault Proptech is hiring a Legal Intern – Property & Real Estate for a full-time, on-site internship in Bengaluru for a duration of three months. The role involves assisting the Property and Real Estate team with reviewing legal documents, providing legal support to clients, resolving property-related legal issues, preparing legal documentation, conducting research and communicating with clients. The start date is immediate, and high-performing interns may be considered for a Pre-Placement Offer for a full-time role.
Role and Responsibilities
- Drafting and reviewing property-related agreements, including sale deeds, lease deeds and other legal instruments.
- Conducting legal research on real estate and property law matters.
- Assisting in due diligence and title verification of properties.
- Coordinating with internal teams, clients and external legal professionals.
- Staying updated with developments in Indian property and real estate laws.
Eligibility
- Final-year student of a 5-year integrated law course or a recent law graduate (LLB or equivalent).
- Strong understanding of Indian property and real estate laws.
- Excellent legal drafting and research skills with attention to detail.
- Strong communication and organisational abilities.
- Prior internship or experience in property or real estate law, if any.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
