Details of the Job/Internship
Volody is hiring a Legal Intern to support its legal and product teams. The role focuses on core legal work with exposure to artificial intelligence and legal technology.
Role and Responsibilities
- Assist in reviewing and analyzing commercial contracts, NDAs, and legal documents.
- Conduct legal research on technology, AI, data privacy, and intellectual property laws.
- Collaborate with product teams on AI-based contract analytics and risk identification.
- Support AI training by tagging and annotating legal clauses.
- Prepare legal notes, case studies, and reports on legal tech trends.
- Participate in product testing and provide legal inputs.
- Assist with compliance and documentation related to data privacy and corporate governance.
Eligibility
- Currently pursuing or recently completed an LL.B. or equivalent law degree.
- Interest in technology, artificial intelligence, or legal innovation.
- Basic understanding of contract law and legal research.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Prior exposure to legal tech tools is an advantage.
