Details of the Job/Internship

Volody is looking for a Legal Intern (Graduates Only) to join their team in Mumbai.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research on various corporate law and compliance issues.
• Assist in preparing, reviewing, and drafting legal documents.
• Support the legal team in contract lifecycle management and documentation.
• Provide inputs on legal consulting matters and help resolve legal queries.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and support routine legal operations.

Eligibility

• Law graduates only (current students are not eligible).
• Strong interest or prior exposure to non-litigation areas (contracts, compliance, drafting, legal research, etc.).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive learner.
• Prior experience with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tools is a plus.
• Ability to work on-site in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region.
