Details of the Job/Internship

Wallapop is inviting law students to join their office in Spain.

Role and Responsibilities

• Legal research: Conduct legal research on various matters (new regulations, case law, etc.) to support decision-making.
• Document management: Organize and keep up-to-date the company's legal database, including contracts, licenses, and registrations.
• Project support: Collaborate on special projects of the department, such as the implementation of new regulations and policies or the preparation of legal reports.
• Internal customer support: Provide support to other departments of the company on legal issues related to their daily activities.
• Assistance in litigation: Support in the management of legal proceedings, such as the preparation of documentation and coordination with attorneys.
• Legal monitoring: Keep up-to-date on the evolution of the legislation applicable to the company.

Eligibility

• Law student (recent graduate or Master's student).
• Passion on the field of digital law and e-commerce.
• Good research and analytical skills.
• Organization and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Advanced level of English (essential).
