Details of the Job/Internship
WSFx Global Pay is inviting law students to join their office in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region.
Role and Responsibilities
Documentation Management:
- Organize, maintain, and manage signed agreements and other legal documents systematically.
- Ensure timely updates to the database of signed agreements.
Stakeholder Coordination:
- Coordinate with internal departments and external legal counsel for legal and administrative matters.
Contract Drafting & Negotiation Support:
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, agreements, and other legal documents under supervision.
- Provide inputs to ensure contracts align with organizational policies and legal requirements.
Litigation Tracker:
- Maintain and update the litigation tracker with the latest developments in ongoing legal matters.
- Monitor deadlines and ensure timely submissions as per legal schedules.
External Legal Counsel Coordination:
- Assist in liaising with external lawyers and law firms for ongoing cases, contract reviews, and compliance matters.
- Facilitate the smooth exchange of documents and ensure timely follow-ups.
Eligibility
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Law (LLB or equivalent).
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Proficiency in legal research, drafting, and Microsoft Office tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
- Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive information.
