Details of the Job/Internship

eMinds Legal is hiring three Litigation Interns to join their litigation team immediately in Gurugram.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and factual investigation.
• Assist in drafting legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
• Support attorneys during trial preparation and court hearings.
• Coordinate scheduling of depositions, hearings, and meetings.
• Maintain case files and legal records.
• Communicate with clients, witnesses, experts, and court personnel as necessary.

Eligibility

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a law degree.
• Strong research, writing, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced legal environment.

Salary/Stipend

As per Industry Standards.
