Details of the Job/Internship

Altibbe Health Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Legal Intern for a 1-month internship to join their office in Hyderabad.

Role and Responsibilities

• Assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents including NDAs, inter-entity agreements, IP agreements, and compliance policies.
• Conduct legal research related to corporate governance, data privacy, and health regulations in India and the USA.
• Support governance development and ethical policy frameworks.
• Collaborate with marketing, finance, operations, and tech teams to ensure legal compliance across functions.

Eligibility

• Currently enrolled in or recently completed an LL.B. or equivalent law degree.
• Strong research, drafting, and analytical skills.
• Interest in corporate law, data privacy, tech law, and IP.
• Familiarity with MS Office and legal AI tools.
