Details of the Job/Internship

Brainiac IP Solutions is hiring a Legal IPR Associate for a full-time, on-site role in Pune.

Role and Responsibilities

• Prepare and review legal documents related to intellectual property matters.
• Assist in patent analysis, drafting, and review activities.
• Conduct legal and patent-related research on inventions.
• Ensure compliance with applicable IPR policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with clients to address intellectual property issues.
• Provide IP solutions aligned with client business objectives.

Eligibility

• Degree in IPR Law or a related field.
• Strong foundation in law with expertise in trademark and patent matters.
• Proficiency in patent search preparation and patent drafting.
• Strong analytical skills for evaluating inventions and patent research.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Familiarity with intellectual property laws and procedures.

Salary/Stipend
