Infosys is hiring for the role of LEGAL_JL5_Q4 to join its office in Bengaluru East. The role involves assisting in protecting the Company’s legal interests and ensuring that its operations remain within the scope of applicable laws. The position requires analysing legal and commercial risk issues, presenting clear recommendations, and ensuring legal and regulatory compliance across business operations.
Role and Responsibilities
- Assisting in protecting the Company’s legal interests and ensuring lawful operations.
- Analysing legal issues and commercial risks and providing clear recommendations.
- Ensuring legal and regulatory compliance.
- Drafting commercial agreements including Master Service Agreements, Alliance Agreements, Licence Agreements, and other agreements relevant to an information technology service provider.
- Reviewing proposals, assisting in proposal preparation, and supporting responses to tenders and RFPs.
- Participating in negotiations with customers and vendors while ensuring compliance with internal contracting and risk mitigation requirements.
- Providing legal advisory support on general corporate compliance matters.
- Tracking laws and regulations relevant to the Company’s business and policies.
- Providing legal advice to executive staff at all levels.
