Infosys is hiring a Legal – JL6 professional with 7–15 years of experience to join their office in Bengaluru.
Role and Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Whistleblower program.
- Handle incoming reports through various channels such as hotline, emails, and online platforms.
- Conduct initial assessments of reported issues and determine investigation strategy.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders for information gathering and process understanding.
- Engage with external investigators when needed.
- Communicate with whistleblowers while maintaining confidentiality.
- Provide updates and status reports on open investigations.
- Manage the ethics investigations process, including planning, coordinating, and conducting investigations.
- Document findings and prepare investigation reports.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior management.
- Follow up on corrective actions and recommendations.
- Develop and maintain the Whistleblower policy, ensuring legal and regulatory compliance.
- Conduct training and awareness campaigns on the Whistleblower policy and ethical conduct.
- Stay updated on best practices in Whistleblower program management and ethics investigations.
Eligibility
7–15 years of relevant experience.
