Infosys is hiring for the position of Legal – JL7 to join their Bengaluru East office. The role involves managing the whistleblower program, handling global investigations, advising on regulatory regimes, conducting trainings, and supporting compliance and corporate governance initiatives.
Role and Responsibilities
- Own, implement, and adopt the Infosys Whistleblower Program.
- Handle global investigations, negotiate, and implement remediations.
- Contribute to Compliance & Integrity Plan reviews and implement improvements.
- Review and improve whistleblower systems and employee feedback mechanisms in collaboration with HR.
- Plan, organize, and conduct trainings and communications on whistleblower programs.
- Interpret new regulations and laws and provide policy administration and training.
- Handle complaints, investigations, and remediation processes.
- Collaborate with functions including facilities, government relations, finance, HR, sales, and delivery.
- Advise on public policy and support government relations.
- Develop company responses to complaints, investigations, and administrative proceedings.
- Ensure compliance with existing and new legislation and advise executive management on required actions.
