Infosys is hiring a Principal Legal Counsel in the Office of Integrity and Compliance to join their legal department in Bengaluru.
Role and Responsibilities
- Own, implement, and adopt the Infosys Whistleblower Program with global and regional reach.
- Contribute to compliance objectives by supporting reviews, action plans, and implementing improvements.
- Handle global investigations and negotiate and implement remediations.
- Review and enhance employee feedback and whistleblower mechanisms with HR collaboration.
- Conduct trainings and communications to grow the whistleblower program.
- Interpret and analyze new and existing legislation and regulations.
- Manage policy administration, trainings, and communications.
- Handle complaints, investigations, and the remediation process effectively.
Eligibility
- 12–18 years of relevant experience in a legal and compliance role.
- Experience with the essential elements of a corporate compliance program.
- Experience in handling global investigations and implementing remediations.
- Knowledge of whistleblower regulations, anti-bribery, anti-corruption, anti-trust, and confidentiality laws.
- Exposure to analytics and automation for risk evaluation is a plus.
