Details of the Job/Internship

Dentons Link Legal is currently recruiting dynamic lawyers with 5+ years of PQE in Corporate/M&A for their Delhi office.

Role and Responsibilities

Corporate/M&A: Handle corporate transactions, mergers, acquisitions, and restructuring activities. Draft and review contracts, agreements, and corporate documents. Provide legal advice on corporate governance matters.
Capital Markets: Assist in capital raising activities, including IPOs, private placements, and debt offerings. Ensure compliance with securities laws and regulations. Draft prospectuses, offering documents, and disclosure materials.
International Arbitration: Represent clients in international arbitration proceedings. Prepare legal briefs, arguments, and submissions. Conduct legal research on international arbitration laws and precedents. Collaborate with international legal teams and arbitrators.
Employment & Labour Law: Advise clients on employment law matters, including hiring, termination, and workplace policies. Draft employment contracts, agreements, and HR policies. Handle disputes, grievances, and labor litigation. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
