- Conducting legal research and drafting SLPs, counter affidavits, briefs, or case notes.
- Appearing and drafting original pleadings, appeals, applications, writ petitions, etc., before the Supreme Court, Delhi High Court, and various Tribunals (primarily NCDRC, NCLT, and NCLAT).
