INNOIPS is hiring a Legal Junior Associate with 0–1 year of experience for a full-time, on-site role in Pune. The role involves assisting with legal document preparation and drafting, supporting litigation matters, conducting legal research, attending court proceedings, and coordinating with clients and authorities.
Role and Responsibilities
- Drafting and filing legal documents including complaints, motions, and briefs.
- Conducting legal research and analysis on issues related to ongoing cases.
- Preparing for and attending court hearings, depositions, and trials.
- Collaborating with clients and senior attorneys to develop case strategies.
- Visiting police stations and government offices to file documents and gather information.
- Maintaining client communication and providing updates on case progress.
- Ensuring compliance with legal standards and deadlines.
- Assisting in settlement negotiations and alternative dispute resolution processes.
- Performing administrative tasks related to case management and documentation.
Eligibility
- LL.B. degree from an accredited law school.
- Valid licence or sanad to practise law in the state.
- 0–1 year of legal experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
- Strong attention to detail.
