Details of the Job/Internship
MSC International Law Office is hiring a Legal Junior Associate to join their office in Bangkok. This is a full-time, on-site role where the associate will support corporate law matters, including legal research, drafting and reviewing contracts, assisting with due diligence processes, and preparing legal documents for M&A and IPO transactions.
Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research and analysis.
- Draft and review contracts and legal documents.
- Assist in due diligence processes.
- Support preparation of legal documents for M&A and IPO transactions.
- Collaborate with senior associates and partners to address client queries.
- Assist in ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Prepare legal opinions and reports.
Eligibility
- Knowledge of corporate law, M&A, and IPO regulations.
- Proficiency in legal research and analysis.
- Strong skills in drafting and reviewing contracts and legal documents.
- Fluency in English and Thai, both spoken and written.
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.) or equivalent qualification.
- Possession of a lawyer’s license is preferred.
