HCLTech is hiring for the position of Legal -Labor Law Compliance Specialist with 8 years of experience to join their office in Noida.
Role and Responsibilities
1. Statutory Licensing & Registrations
- Ensure timely procurement, renewal, and maintenance of all mandatory registrations and licenses under applicable labour laws, including:
- Shops & Establishments Registration Certificate (S&E RC)
- Contract Labour Regulation and Abolition Registration Certificate (CLRA RC)
- Employees' State Insurance Registration Certificate (ESI RC)
2. Liaisoning with Government Authorities
- Serve as the point of contact for government departments, including Labour Departments and ESI Authorities.
- Facilitate inspections, resolve compliance issues, and maintain effective communication for smooth operational compliance.
3. Documentation & Statutory Reporting
- Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date documentation related to labour law compliance.
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of statutory returns, reports, and other legal filings.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.) from a recognized university.
- Minimum 8 years of practical experience in labour law compliance, preferably within the IT/ITES sector.
