Avaali Solutions Pvt. Ltd is hiring a Legal Lead / Contract Management Consultant with experience of 6 years or more to join their office in Bangalore. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft and review legal agreements.
• Negotiate contracts and manage redlines.
• Oversee end-to-end contract lifecycle activities.
• Address internal contract requirements of the company.
• Support IT and legal teams with contract-related matters.

Eligibility

• Minimum 6 years of experience.
• Strong experience in legal agreements within the IT sector.
• Proficiency in contract drafting, review, negotiation, and lifecycle management.
• Capability to handle internal organisational requirements.
