Adani Enterprises Limited (AEL) is looking for a candidate for the position of Lead - Legal.

Role and Responsibilities

• Review all the documentation with respect to agreements and contracts being proposed to be signed for various international projects.
• Provide Legal Support to finalize project procurement philosophy to ensure local statutory compliances.
• Oversee and coordinate the company's legal matters to safeguard its interests.

Eligibility

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Legal.
• 15 - 20 years of experience in Legal documentation in the Energy / Power sector.

Salary/Stipend
