Details of the Job/Internship

Mukund Realty, Vertex Workspace, and Core Axis are hiring a Legal Manager / Lead with 8–10 years of experience to join their team in Mangalore. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Take end-to-end legal ownership of real estate projects.
• Ensure compliance with RERA, property laws, and leasing laws.
• Draft and vet sale deeds, lease deeds, JDAs, MoUs, and contracts.
• Conduct legal due diligence for land and property acquisitions.
• Handle disputes and coordinate with external advocates.
• Liaise with government bodies and regulatory authorities.

Eligibility

• 8–10 years of legal experience.
• Mandatory experience in the real estate sector.

Salary/Stipend
