Role and Responsibilities

- Draft and review contracts.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and laws.
Eligibility
- Legal advisory and compliance skills.
- Contract drafting and review expertise.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Experience in the IT or digital assessments industry is a plus.
- Law degree and license to practice law in India.
