Details of the Job/Internship
Lord Krishna Builders is hiring a Legal & Liaison Officer with a minimum of 5 years of experience to join their team.
Role and Responsibilities
- Liaise with government departments such as Municipality, Panchayat, RERA, Town Planning, Electricity Board, Water Authority, Pollution Control Board, and Revenue Department.
- Ensure all statutory approvals and licences are obtained for projects.
- Draft, review, and verify legal documents, including agreements, sale deeds, MOUs, contracts, and land documents.
- Handle land acquisition documentation, title verification, and due diligence.
- Coordinate with advocates, consultants, and regulatory authorities.
- Ensure compliance with local building rules, real estate laws, and company policies.
- Represent the company before statutory authorities when required.
- Maintain proper records of approvals and legal documentation.
Eligibility
- Qualification: BTech (Civil) or LLM preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the construction or real estate industry.
- Strong knowledge of Kerala building rules, land laws, and approval procedures.
- Experience in handling government liaison work is mandatory.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong documentation and drafting ability.
- Knowledge of the real estate legal framework.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Good coordination and follow-up skills.
