Details of the Job/Internship
KPN Promoters Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Legal Executive to join its office in Chennai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Handle legal documentation and verification related to company projects.
- Coordinate with government departments and authorities for approvals, icences and clearances.
- Manage liaisoning with local bodies such as Registration Office, CMDA/DTCP, Panchayat, EB and Water Board.
- Prepare and maintain legal agreements, contracts and property documents.
- Follow up with concerned departments for approvals, NOCs and legal compliance.
- Support management in legal matters, documentation and statutory requirements.
- Maintain proper records of legal files, approvals and correspondences.
- Coordinate with legal advisors and advocates when required.
- Ensure company activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law / B.Com / BBA or any relevant field.
- Experience in real estate legal documentation and liaisoning is preferred.
- Good knowledge of government procedures and approvals.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle legal documentation and follow-ups.
- Good coordination and organisational skills.
