Details of the Job/Internship
Upasana Group is hiring a Manager / Executive – Commercial Leasing with experience of 3–5 years to join their office in Jaipur.
Role and Responsibilities
- Drive leasing of commercial office and retail spaces across company projects.
- Identify and onboard prospective tenants, including corporates, MNCs, startups, and retail brands.
- Build and maintain relationships with IPCs, brokers, and channel partners.
- Conduct site presentations, project walkthroughs, and client meetings.
- Manage the end-to-end leasing cycle, including prospecting and commercial discussions.
- Develop and execute leasing strategies aligned with market demand.
- Maintain an updated database of prospects, brokers, and market requirements.
- Track market trends, competitor projects, rental benchmarks, and absorption levels.
- Coordinate with legal and management teams for documentation and agreement execution.
Eligibility
- 3–5 years of experience in commercial leasing or real estate sales.
- Prior exposure to Grade ‘A’ commercial projects is preferred.
- Strong network with corporates, IPCs, and real estate brokers.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong market knowledge and understanding of leasing trends.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and professional approach.
- Presentable personality with strong client-handling ability.
- Graduate in any discipline.
- MBA in Marketing or Real Estate is preferred.
