Details of the Job/Internship
Saboo Sodium Chloro Ltd. is hiring a Legal liaison manager with experience of 5 years to join their office in Jaipur.
Role and Responsibilities
- Monitor, track, and manage ongoing legal cases and proceedings.
- Liaise with external counsels, law firms, and government authorities to ensure timely progress and effective resolution of matters.
- Prepare and review legal documents, briefs, and case strategies.
- Provide regular updates, reports, and recommendations to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements and safeguard the company’s interests.
Eligibility
- LLB or equivalent legal qualification from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience handling cases in Rajasthan High Court, NCLT, and other local courts.
- Strong understanding of corporate laws, regulatory frameworks, and litigation procedures.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work on-site in Jaipur and manage multiple cases with strict deadlines.
