Details of the Job/Internship
Quantixtech Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Legal Licensing Executive with prior experience in licensing procedures involving civic authorities to join their office in Ahmedabad.
Role and Responsibilities
- Manage all licensing and approval processes related to real estate and infrastructure.
- Liaise with UGVCL, Torrent Power, AMC, Fire Department, and other civic authorities.
- Prepare and submit applications, and follow up on approvals and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with local laws and regulatory requirements.
- Track license validity across projects and ensure timely renewals.
Eligibility
- Prior experience in dealing with licensing work related to UGVCL, Torrent, AMC, Fire NOC, etc.
- Strong knowledge of municipal regulations and utility clearances.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Law or related field preferred.
