ARDEM Data Services is hiring a Legal Litigation Analyst (US Legal Project/Tagging, Legal Drafting) to join their production team remotely. The role involves handling high-volume legal data entry, case management, and general legal office support.
Role and Responsibilities
- Compile, sort, and verify the accuracy of legal data before entry.
- Locate and correct data entry errors.
- Compare data with source documents and re-enter data in verification format.
- Review, fact-check, and process invoices.
- Maintain logs of activities and completed work.
- Perform uploading, filing, scheduling, and other clerical/legal office support tasks.
Eligibility
- Any graduate with a diploma/degree in Law.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience.
- Litigation support experience is a plus.
- Excellent computer skills, including typing.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong time management and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently.
- Immediate joiners only.
- Prior night shift experience is mandatory.
Salary/Stipend
