Details of the Job/Internship
FashionTV India is hiring a Legal – Litigation (Civil & Criminal Specialist) with experience in dispute resolution to join their team in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region.
Role and Responsibilities
- Handle all aspects of legal disputes including claim analysis, litigation strategy, and court proceedings.
- Manage litigation and arbitration cases from initiation to resolution, ensuring compliance with legal timelines.
- Draft and review pleadings, motions, briefs, and correspondence.
- Respond to legal notices with precision and clarity.
- Conduct legal research and manage discovery processes.
- Collaborate with external legal counsel and internal teams for effective resolution.
- Ensure cost-effective management of legal matters.
- Occasional travel may be required for litigation matters.
Eligibility
Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B) from a reputed institution.
Experience in a law firm or corporate legal team, focusing on dispute resolution, preferably in the Media & Entertainment sector.
