Angel One is hiring a Legal Litigation Counsel with experience of 2 to 5 years to join their office in Mumbai.

Role and Responsibilities

• Corresponding and dealing with various regulatory and law enforcement authorities and agencies with the objective of successful closure of complaints and ensuring maximum compliance.
• Provide timely legal advice to management and internal stakeholders on litigation matters and relevant legal developments.
• Drafting notices; replies, depositions, pleadings, etc.-Build a strong network of pan-India external lawyers and stakeholders for litigation, notice.
