Details of the Job/Internship

Fashion TV India Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Legal Litigation – Civil & Criminal Specialist with 1–5 years of experience to join their office in Mumbai.

Role and Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of civil and criminal litigation cases from initiation to resolution.
• Draft, review, and file pleadings, petitions, affidavits, and other legal documents.
• Handle court proceedings and coordinate with external counsel for effective representation.
• Review legal notices and draft comprehensive responses.
• Manage civil disputes, criminal cases, arbitration, and defamation matters.
• Conduct legal research and provide case strategy advice.
• Represent the company before courts, tribunals, regulators, and police authorities.
• Protect brand reputation in defamation cases across print, digital, and broadcast media.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance and dispute resolution.
• Travel as required for litigation-related work.

Eligibility

• Education: LL.B. (mandatory); LL.M. preferred.
• Experience: 1–5 years in litigation, arbitration, and dispute resolution.
• Knowledge: Civil, criminal, and defamation laws in India.
• Advantage: Prior Media & Entertainment industry experience.
• Skills: Drafting, negotiation, advocacy, analytical and problem-solving ability.
• Age: Maximum 25 years.
• Only immediate joiners from Mumbai are eligible.

Salary/Stipend
