FashionTV India is hiring for the position of Legal Litigation to join their office in Mumbai Metropolitan Region.

Role and Responsibilities

• Manage dispute cases from inception to resolution, ensuring compliance with all legal requirements and deadlines.
• Analyze incoming legal notices to identify allegations, claims, and relevant legal issues.
• Prepare well-crafted responses to legal notices, addressing each allegation with precision and clarity.
• Handle all stages of litigation and arbitration, including drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs, conducting legal research, and managing discovery processes.
• Develop and implement effective litigation strategies to safeguard the company’s interests.
• Collaborate with external counsel as needed, managing legal resources to ensure timely and cost-effective resolutions.
• Review and draft correspondence related to disputes.
• Occasional travel may be required for litigation cases.

Eligibility

• LLB/LLM degree and admission to the bar.
• Proven experience in managing litigation and dispute resolution.
• Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Salary/Stipend
