Details of the Job/Internship

Kia India is hiring for the position of Legal Litigation to join their office in Bengaluru.

Role and Responsibilities

Litigation Management

• Experience in handling litigation matters related to Consumer Law, Intellectual Property Rights (IPR), Property, and Recovery.
• Coordination with external lawyers and law firms.
• Strong case management skills, including reporting to management and gathering feedback from relevant business teams.

Contract Management

• Expertise in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts.
• Customs & Regulatory Compliance
• Well-versed in customs-related laws and procedures.
• Experience in handling DRI (Directorate of Revenue Intelligence) investigations.

Legal Advisory

• In-depth knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.
• Ability to provide legal opinions and advice on day-to-day matters, particularly related to manufacturing and sales operations.

Personal Attributes

• Self-motivated and willing to take on additional responsibilities.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work under pressure.
• Willingness to travel at short notice.
• Openness to relocation anywhere in India.

Salary/Stipend
