Details of the Job/Internship

Altum Credo Home Finance is hiring a Legal Manager (Business Legal) with 4–5 years of relevant experience to join their corporate office in Pune. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Review title reports, vetting reports, and provide legal opinions on collateral and security creation.
• Possess in-depth knowledge of land laws, stamp acts, and registration rules across various states.
• Draft and revise collateral policies.
• Advise on security creation and suggest legal mitigants.
• Draft standard documents and forms related to business processes.
• Research changes in laws relevant to the business line and advise necessary changes in security creation policies.

Eligibility

• 4–5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience handling business legal matters across multiple states.
• Candidates currently employed in NBFC or HFC preferred.

Salary/Stipend

Salary details will be finalised during the interview process with the selected candidate.
