Details of the Job/Internship

Enfinity Global is hiring a Legal Manager – Land Acquisition with 8+ years of experience, including 3–5 years in renewable energy or infrastructure, to join their office in Hyderabad.

Role and Responsibilities

• Manage legal aspects of land acquisition for renewable energy projects across South India.
• Conduct complete land due diligence, including title clearance, encumbrance checks, and compliance verification.
• Maintain and track all land-related documents and ensure document accuracy.
• Coordinate with state land teams, land aggregators, and revenue authorities for documentation.
• Liaise with external counsel and lenders’ counsel for due diligence and title search reports.
• Review deeds, revenue records, encumbrance certificates, and mutation documents.
• Identify legal risks, suggest rectification measures, and provide risk assessment to management.
• Draft MoUs, sale/lease deeds, GPAs, ATS, ATL, and other land-related agreements.
• Ensure proper execution and registration of land documents as per state laws.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.); LL.M. or specialization in related fields preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of legal experience with 3–5 years in renewable energy or infrastructure land acquisition.
• Experience handling land legal matters in Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, and Telangana.
• Strong understanding of state land laws, renewable energy policies, and regulatory frameworks.
