Details of the Job/Internship
Fincity is hiring a Legal Manager – Real Estate to join its Bengaluru office in a full-time, on-site role.
Role and Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the overall legal function of the company.
- Draft and review commercial agreements and deeds related to the real estate sector.
- Handle documents such as MOUs, Joint Development Agreements, Agreements of Sale, Sale Deeds, Powers of Attorney, and procurement agreements.
- Manage legal aspects of land acquisition, real estate finance, and sales transactions.
- Ensure compliance with laws including the Karnataka Land Revenue Act, Land Reforms Act, Stamp Act, and RERA.
- Handle litigation, employment-related, and intellectual property matters.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Legislative Law.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
- In-depth knowledge of real estate laws and land-related statutes.
- Strong understanding of title diligence and title risk in immovable properties.
- Experience in initiating, defending, and managing litigation.
- Ability to independently handle both litigation and non-litigation matters.
- Fluency in the Kannada language.
