Role and Responsibilities

• Drafting and negotiating credit and financing documentation.
• Managing end-to-end execution of transactions.
• Working on lending documents, security structures, and due diligence.
• Ensuring regulatory-aligned execution of credit deals.
• Collaborating closely with the investment team.

Eligibility

• 4–6 years of solid transactional legal experience.
• Strong experience in credit and financing deals.
