Ola Electric is hiring a Legal Manager with 7–10 years of experience to join their team in Bengaluru.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, NDAs, service contracts, vendor agreements, and licensing arrangements.
- Develop standard templates and legal guidelines.
- Advise internal teams on contract interpretation and legal risks.
- Support procurement, finance, and business development on contract matters.
- Monitor and manage contract compliance and performance.
- Maintain accurate records in contract databases.
- Assist in factory compliance and contract-related litigation.
- Stay informed on relevant legal and regulatory changes.
Eligibility
- LLB degree.
- 7–10 years of experience.
- Experience in compliance is preferred.
- Preference for candidates from the manufacturing or e-commerce industry.
