Details of the Job/Internship
MyShubhLife is hiring a Manager – Legal and Compliance with 3–5 years of relevant experience to join their Bengaluru office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Manage secretarial compliances under the Companies Act and relevant regulations.
- Maintain statutory registers and ensure timely regulatory filings.
- Advise on corporate governance, disclosures, and legal best practices.
- Stay updated with lending models and RBI regulations applicable to NBFCs.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements.
- Ensure compliance with legal standards and internal policies.
- File forms and documents with regulatory bodies like RBI/MCA.
- Monitor legal and regulatory changes and their impact on the company.
- Identify and mitigate legal risks in contracts, operations, and policies.
Eligibility
- Qualified Company Secretary, preferably with LLB.
- A total of 3-5 years' experience with Microfinance / NBFC.
- Keep himself / herself abreast with regulatory changes (latest judgements & proposed changes in the Law.
- and its impact on the functioning of the company).
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, excellent communication skills both oral and written.
