Details of the Job/Internship

SKI Capital Services Limited is hiring for the position of Legal Manager - Capital Markets with 2-5 years of experience to join their office in New Delhi. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Provide legal support for capital markets transactions and fund creation activities.
• Draft, review, and vet legal documents including offer documents, shareholder agreements, and other regulatory filings.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, particularly SEBI ICDR, LODR, and the Companies Act.
• Coordinate with regulatory authorities (SEBI, NSE, BSE, etc.) on compliance matters and approvals.
• Advise internal departments on legal implications of financial and operational decisions.
• Monitor regulatory updates and ensure timely implementation of changes within business operations.
• Liaise with external legal advisors and consultants when necessary.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B); a Master’s degree in Law, Finance, or Capital Markets is an advantage.
• 2–5 years of experience in legal roles within the financial services or capital markets domain.
• Sound knowledge of SEBI regulations (ICDR, LODR), Companies Act, and financial products.
• Excellent legal drafting, analytical, and research skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate across functions in a dynamic work environment.

Salary/Stipend
