Details of the Job/Internship

RSA Land Developers is hiring a Legal Manager Coordinator in Mumbai, Maharashtra. The ideal candidate should have 5+ years of PQE with expertise in Land Acquisitions and Real Estate.

Role and Responsibilities

• Legal Support for Land Acquisitions – Handle paperwork, permissions, negotiations, and court hearings.
• Title Verification & Due Diligence – Conduct title searches, review reports, and liaise with revenue officials.
• Regulatory Compliance – Ensure adherence to Maharashtra Land Laws, Revenue Laws, and conversion processes.
• Litigation & Arbitration – Draft petitions, rejoinders, applications, and coordinate with external counsel.
• Government Approvals – Secure permissions for SC Land Acquisitions, Govt. Land, Forest Dept., and Railway Crossings.
• Stakeholder Coordination – Work with legal teams, external lawyers, and authorities to resolve land-related issues.

Eligibility

• Education: LL.B. / LL.M.
• Experience: 5+ years PQE in land acquisitions & real estate law.
• Skills:
• Strong contract drafting, negotiation, and litigation expertise.
• In-depth understanding of Maharashtra land laws & revenue regulations.
• Experience in court appearances & coordination with local lawyers.
• Multilingual proficiency – Fluent in English, Hindi & Marathi.
