Details of the Job/Internship

Petroexcel Technology is hiring for the position of Legal Manager- Commercial (Mining) with 12+ years of experience to join their office in Vadodara. 

Eligibility

• Looking for Legal person with 12+ years into legal commercial mining
• Essential to have extensive specialist experience as a Corporate and Commercial Lawyer in large Mining Companies or otherwise as a Commercial Lawyer executing large Mining Projects of at least US$250 Million or more. 
• In-depth and extensive experience of mining industry related commercial contracting – drafting, redrafting, negotiation, interpretation, contract management, contract administration etc. of various types of mining agreements and other commercial agreements.
